Executive Chef Bryan Burger has prepared a four-course menu of contemporary French dishes, including a savoury tart of dried duck breast and goat cheese, a terrine of Hokkaido scallops and foie gras with pork confit, and a caramel custard pot with fleur de sel.
The dishes feature gourmet ingredients from Vivin, Bangkok’s leading provider of fine French goods, and are only available until the end of July.
Dinner is priced at B1880++and runs from 6pm until 11pm each night. Enjoy wine pairing for an additional B1500++. Select Vivin products will be available for purchase, as well.
